Our products are stocked and shipped from within UK. Please allow 5 working days to receive your order.
You will receive an emailed receipt upon successful payment, and a shipping notification email when shipment is made. Your shipping email will include tracking information when applicable. If your unit was shipped via Parcelforce, go to www.parcelforce.com and enter the tracking number that that we send to you when your order is shipped.
VAT is included in the published pricing. If the shipping address for your order is outside the UK, you may request a refund of the VAT we charged which is specified on your order receipt. Simply use our Contact Us form and note your order number and we will refund the amount to the same credit card account you used when ordering. Customers are responsible to pay any and all customs, VAT or other import charges for shipments delivered outside the UK.
